Irrational is to look to wood, cement, iron rods, bags of wheat and sugar, cargo and container ships, harbours, railways and other stocks of capital. All south of Equator stuff if you know what I mean.

Only the irrational will survive. All progress of mankind depend on the irrational man. He who doens't adapt to the environment, nut seek to chnage it.
