wait for the dows reading at 1245 pm est.......if its well above 11914.......at least 20 to 50 pts the dows 12 hour rsi will invite more buyers.....

so far the launch outta 11:45 is holding

but the double here at 1:20-1:30 is a mark to watch as well for reversal of trend or confirmation

yup lunch went down... so did the fed rate....
