The Republicans just plain suck. I bet they threatened not to vote for the bill unless the DEms pulled that tax break from the bill.

That's what happened...

And the Dems seem to be terrible negotiators.

It's unbelievable that we are actually losing ground.

That's exactly how it happened. I guess they think we are stupid....or at least their constituents. Its rather embarrassing.
