You are lying again. You have provided no evidence of research on your part. You are simply uninformed and seem to enjoy exposing your own dishonorable ignorance, time and time again. oddly

This was an event that took place just a few years prior to the Jewish-Roman war. You don't believe 30,000 could be killed in such a provocation, because 30k is such a laughably large number. How about 2 million killed or enslaved between the years 66-73?

The Roman ruler Caligula declared himself God and ordered his statues to be set up in the temples throughout the empire. This and other Roman provocations caused Jews to become radicalized and were popularly labeled Zealots. Brutal civil war among the Jews erupted and so the Zealots executed anyone advocating surrender to the Romans.

Jerusalem came under Roman Siege. Any one caught trying to flee the city was crucified and placed around the city tens of thousands of crucified bodies circled the city. The Zealots burned their own food supplies to induce other Jews to fight rather than negotiate a peaceful settlement.

By the summer of 70 the Romans broke through the city walls and killed men women and children. The remnant escaped to Masada where they later committed suicide.

The historian Josephus claims 1,100,000 were killed... 97,000 were captured and enslaved, 2,500 were forced to fight wild beasts for a birthday celebration.

The main account of the revolt comes from Josephus, the former Jewish commander of Galilee who switched over to the Roman side. Josephus had been granted citizenship and a pension in Rome and was well accepted at the courts of Vespasian, Titus and Domitian.
