Well tigie, stupid posts are useful as revealing the posted stupidity can educate all who are not brain dead.

First consider it is called the jetstream and not the jet layer.
"The molecules are hindered from moving above the jet stream"
If in fact the tigie jet stream is blocking heat radiation then it would show in satelite IR images. I am currently collecting IR images from www.weatheroffice.gc.ca. Below I have displayed a small version of a current image. The image is from a animation this animation page. weatheroffice.gc.ca
There is no blocking of heat convection due to the jet streams.
