Yup. I believe that the additional back up strategy for renewed assault is already planned and pinned to the admin bulletin board on post-it-notes immediately available. This USA cavalier misuse of credit (ABCP) will not have been well received by powerful emerging nations. I presume they are preparing to USA proof themselves going forward. IMO the need for a financial power shift has taken on a new urgency and the contenders are not without muscle (USA indebtedness vis a vis treasury notes). Everyone to their corners. C
