Particularly before a dangerous day. You have the Admin figuring the World will buy into the President's Plan. And, you have a day off where US Markets won't trade & the US Central Bank cannot inject liquidity domestically. Seems like they took a long shot. Now, they may have to cut another 1/2 end of the month just to stay even. & that should be it. Last I looked at Fed Funds I think it was pricing in another 0.50 & those dudes are rarely wrong.
