That's why the Cargo Cult in Brazil is going to fall on hard times.

That's not a conspiracy or a plot, that's simple economics.

It might seem magical to Cargo Cult worshipers, so let me just say its an uncontrollable Spirit called "Supply and Demand". It can't be appeased with more cargo.
