I do agree with you that he wasn't as bad as KIS. But he still violated the stated rules of the thread, as far as I'm concerned. As moderator of the thread, I will use my own judgement. I will point out that you yourself have been pretty consistently negative about Apple, and I haven't banned you. Thus, we can see that it requires more than being bearish to get banned. - Allen
