consistently using the term "cult", and implying that anyone who has a favorable opinion about Apple is deluded certainly does make you negative.

Besides being fairly insulting when used consistently, it is tiring and does tend to invoke comments in kind.

I made a decision about OM, and I'm going to stick with it, because I think it was the right call.

Bravo. You did the right thing with respect to OM. I for one thank you for banning a poster who was clearly not in compliance with the rules. There are a couple of other very frequent posters on this thread that I would like to see get the boot but unfortunately they are not quite as virulent as OM or KIS and by your definition do not qualify for that fate.
