This rule in the header: Picks submitted after the opening of the markets on Monday, Jan 28th will be treated as late entries, see rule 6- below. is too loose. Pre-market news could be released and overseas markets actions known. Didn't we cover this with a rule that orders have to be placed earlier? I like the regular rule that an order has to be in by the close of regular trading to get that day's price. Then news and AH doesn't come into play. EDIT: OK, I see, if in by close on 1/25 you get the 1/25 price, and if in after and before the opening 1/28 you get the 1/28 close price, and if in after the opening 1/28 you get last place minus $1 and the prices at the close 1/28. So get your picks in by the close 1/25.
