I wholeheartedly agree with you Barclay. When these shares hit the market, we could be in for an extremely bumpy ride. Especially if one of these shareholders is owed, say 1 million bucks and has 20 million shares. If the pps is .10, he can walk that pps right down to .05/share and still walk away smelling like roses, especially if he averages.075/share. It frightens me to see the o/s in the next 10Q.
I contacted Gaskins a while ago and asked if the $1.20 target price he stated included the current rate of dilution and if he would recalculate at the current dilution rate. It is the one time he didn't reply to me.
On a positive note, the current growth rate of 30% is generally what the market looks for in companies. This applies more to big board stocks as opposed to penny stocks though. It show healthy, manageable growth. Claims of 120% on big board companies is not always welcome. However, 120% on penny stocks can show a company is coming out of it's shell, and can be highly intriguing, especially if it shows potential for this kind of growth to continue. It will be interesting to see how the market reacts to yesterdays late in the day news.
All my opinion,
