btw, i checked with cien and the number of shares (3.4m) included in the WPP purchase does not change if the stock price declines so right now the purchase prices is a little cheaper;)

my guess is that GSCO, which has been a strong supporter of CIEN but suspended its coverage as it advised WPP on the deal, will come back as soon as the internal control is fulfilled...

the stock is up over $1 from its low today but still down $3...
