I am not sure what you mean by conditioned. I voted for Bill in 1996 but I'll vote for Obama in a flash. Even now a lot of Dems don't know who Obama is but they do know the Clinton name. You will notice that as we get closer to a primary, the gap Hillary has over Obama usually narrows. Unfortunately, sometimes, not fast enough.

As for Edwards, he's a rich pretty boy trying to pass himself off as a tough union man fighting in the trenches. The reality is he is pretty tough but its a hard sell when you're playing against type.
