Hi Jay! Just came out of my bunker long enough to catch up on the posts.

So, looks like we avoid US PM companies, which makes all the others worth a little more. The 1872 law was a little extreme the other way. $5 a year for royalties and no environmental safeguards if memory serves.

Even now, there's a few states to avoid when it comes to mining. The laws are that weird.
