You are more than likely correct. I get so conditioned to selling every rally that I neglect to remember that this market can go in the wrong direction much longer than I can stay solvent. <g>

Fed might be dropping rates again. Institutional money market rates have been dropping. It takes time to rollover billions into lower yielding short term paper.
