MSFT??????? What are you doing Mr. C... Looking at some weird chart with a 2.6 day time frame??!

I don't know where you got that "mirror" of yours, but I know an amusement park supplier who will give you good money for it. <g>

I cancelled that GTC before the open Tuesday and replaced it with one at 3.10. Although I was tempted to "average" up at 3.50... I discovered that the gun being held to my head was just a cap pistol so I was able to resist the urge. <vbg>

As to your plans for that trip "up," I suspect that the MM's and shorts will allow you to threaten the 4.75 - 5.00 range fairly soon. So long as the broker/bankers don't see any inflationary cracks in their "mirrors"... I have to assume they'll want to try for at least one more ride on the 200DMA roller coaster if we have 3 weeks to wait for earnings.

But it really depends on how many fund managing MoMo's want to start or fatten pre-earnings positions before they have to publish their 12/31/07 holdings... and if the Fed decides to cut another 50 basis points next week... Well... we could see the Mother and Father of all January Effect mini cap runs.

Although... by then I suppose we might have to call it the February Effect... or possibly the February Fed Effect... But wHoo wHoo can say?!

P.S. Why look at a chart of MSFT/RMTR anyway? Try running 3m, 6m, 1y and 2y charts of RMTR/INTC/ENER. You'll feel much better.
