in process to hopefully buy 6,009 sft of class A ocean viewing 22/f floor plate at hkd 1,200/sft (slightly above replacement cost) in gentrifying neighborhood within 10 min of mtr exit and within 15 min walk of 5 hotels on hk island, within 30 min of cbd

current yield @ 5.5%

figuring it will move to 1800/sft by year end, and eventually match hkd 7-12k / sft in alignment with rest of money rock hk island property

will tell you the neighborhood if i manage to execute
