What you pray for is market inefficiency. These people are not idiots. They are scared into moronism. There is a difference. A few of them are selling at a profit. It is hard to say when a panic happens whether is is just as stupid not to panic. That is the conundrum of the market. You are always trying to be clever in order to outwit what everyone says implicitly is a dumb and unpredictable beast. And yet this dumb beast is what often outwits the many who say they are intelligent investors. EC<:-\|
