I concur. The announcement of a reverse split provicized the non-buying fate. Basically, it has been a slow drop (longs selling). I fear the worst tomorrow. I will probably sell at any sign of a small movement tomorrow (up .01). I was hoping to hang in there until 2/13 as long as price stayed at or above .50 pps. I am very disappointed. If I re-enter, it would be post 2/13 and only if stock drops back down. I believe that less than one year would exist before another delisting deadline/reverse split again because I believe the FDA would make their decision regarding approval. I hope this thing drops to below 1.00 around January next year this time. IMHO, somewhere after this date, the FDA will make their decision. I feel very bad for anyone staying in. The only risk would be an "out of nowhere partner/buyout", but the stock is way too low to pull it up to that $7 -10 range where IMHO this needs to be for those two events to occur. The other risk is a cancellation of 2/13 meeting and stock I believe will rise back up to .65+ range. Of course, they could do a 180 and go for the treasury stock route and push up pps. Good luck
