LIAR. CLinton built a lean mean military with no waste and it was extremely well prepped, trained and read. Bush ruined it. You A-holes who lied about Clinton being weak on defense should compare: CLinton took out a dictator with WMD and lost zero US lives Bush took out a dictator who didn't even have any WMD and lost 4000+ US lives plus two trillion dollars and some 30,000 wounded, brain damaged of committed suicide from PTSD Those are the facts And Bush used and abused Clinton's finely prepped military and has WASTED hundred and hundreds of billions of dollars.
