Carolyn, Amy and I stayed at the Venetian the last time we went and we all said, it was way too expensive if your not staying there on their dime. It is beautiful, and the suite was breath-taking, but we could have visited there and been very happy without paying the big bucks to see it up close and personal. I went what I think was their second meeting out there, how many did you attend? As for Pati, don't get your hopes up, she is married to a pilot for a major airline and he flies the big ones. She is originally from New Orleans, and is a sure nuff cajun queen! I imagine an evening with her would be like nothing you've ever experienced before.
