I think DAR means Daughters of the American Revolution. But not important. Here's also of small importance: "Under the current deal, taxpayers earning less than $75,000 and couples earning less than $150,000 in adjusted gross income for the year would receive a rebate check. To be eligible for the income tax rebate, taxpayers would had to have earned at least $3,000 in 2007." Anyway, it sounds like this free money is based on 2007 tax return. This is important to me because I bunched all my deductions into 2007 so I think I will get all the possible dumb-bunny largesse. All this is kind of like getting a jellybean handout in grade school.
