Paul is a very smart dude, but he is a little bit drastic. -g- We'll
have a Great Depression if he becomes a pres. and implements
what he wants, including letting the Fed, the IRS, and half
of the government go. I agree, market manipulation and moral
hazard are both disgusting and criminal. The Fed will
eventually trap itself and we'll have a currency crisis.
Then the crap about manipulation will inevitably come
out, and the Fed and others will need to restore
confidence in the markets and the currency through
prudent actions. Printing at some level is necessary to prevent
unemployment and depression (you cut expenses through
inflation rather than firing). If one can accept that,
then there will always be corruption around those powers
who have a printing press. -g-

Question: Is there a single country without a central bank
or taxes?
