Have a great time if you go, and yes, the sand isn't good for wobbly knees ....at all!

My knee has no cartilage and is bone on bone with many invasive spurs. My doctor tells me he has replaced the knees on 70 year old men that are in better shape then mine. With that said I began taking fish oil and vitamin D3 awhile back and my knee no longer has any pain. None. It didn't change the fact that because of the arthritis build up I'm 18° short of being able to straighten the leg, but no pain.

Just a thought for later on. The fish oil and D3 have some pretty good other benefits also which is the reason I began the regime. Lindy Bill on a health thread commented on his aches and pains going away after starting this also.
