rhoshariasha: Barclay is your answer on this, if any. As you describe it I would share your observation, as very possible, would explain a lot. And if so I would even hope so, get it out of the way and done with. It would offer some explanation. There is just too much disparity between now an then. Both pps wise and as a company. ACII appears to be a far better company now, then it was back at that time, or before.

Shane: I wish I knew, but anything in that arena is pure speculation from us small-time holders. I was scratching my head trying to figure it out when it was happening, only ACII management really knows. The guys with the most restricted shares are Walther and Rutkowski, they would need to file a From 4 if selling. I don't believe much of the past dilution was Rule 144 shares anyway, they did very little in the arena of private placements (Cornell took a decent amount of shares, the S8s accounted for a few hundred million shares, and the BoD handed themselves a quarter billion shares a few months before announcing the R/S). The seller of 144 shares is required to file a Form 144, so if we know who the private placements went to, we can look to see if they filed a Form 144.

It appears that there will be A LOT of speculation going forward for the people that stay on top of this almost daily. The key question, IMO, will be: is growth out-pacing dilution? Only to be answered once every three months.
