nwest: As you say: "Maybe KSI is growing because they are applying the LACC process to that part of the business. ?" Rings true with me. Walthers has expressed the objective to purchase smaller Machine Shops for conversion in this way. I think its a valid point that KSI apply LACC to thier part of the business. But what do you mean "don't care about current share holders ...only future shareholders" I'm thinking shareholders are shareholders. Would you please fill me in on this? I do think ACII attempted to be informative, now its all in a fray. Can't please all the people all the time..... and maybe from thier point of view they thought we would "get it". Also I think they might know the consequences of omitting information as well, an information mine field. who knows boundtb
