Peter, The problem is that what can we do?? Our election is going to hell in a bread basket and we are helpless to do anything about it. What kind of election can we expect in the future?? I fear for the USA.

The law, like Romney, recognizes that some citizens are better able to understand their native languages, and that they will be better able to make informed electoral decisions through the use of bilingual election materials, particularly in states having ballot measures, which can be complex even in English. The President apparently agrees with this, since he signed the extension of the Voting Rights Act, including those provisions requiring bilingual ballots and other other election materials.
