We are returning to the past which should make "conservatives" happy but, oddly it often does not. Before we were separated by geography and became inbred, we were all the same. I am afraid that the Clinton machine is so far successful in what it is trying to do. People keep saying that they hate negative campaigning but, in reality, it often works wonders. Without it, we wouldn't have had Dumbya, we might have had McCain although, more likely, we would have Gore talking about being green tonight.
