Aiding brutal thugs like Saddam Hussein and Hugo Chavez is not a net benefit to either America or to humanity. I assume you perceive that because you don't like the President that was elected by the largest plurality of votes in the history of our nation your support for the enemies of him somehow translates into some unexpicable struggle against the things you hate. "Rightwingers hate Dems simply for holding contrary opinions." Name one that actually fit this description. You can't do it. "Prolife, Tom Watson, Cyberken, etc., check out the President Bush thread..." I don't know much about Watson, but the other two have very strongly felt convictions. I don't think they have much tolerance for people who criticise them without providing reasoned justification. For instance both of those two are Christians who believe in the sanctity of life. If you argue with either about the rights of one parent to terminate the life of their child they are unlikely to consider anything you say or write. Murder is immoral and they consider there to be a debate about the fact that murdering a child before it is born is wrong. So to the extent that issue colors your opinion, you may be incorrectly interpreting their responses. "check out the President Bush thread" I have seen posts like you describe on the PGWB subject, I suspect that both rightwingers and leftwingers have been guilty. Besides, it has been killed by over moderation. It grew in part because the original moderator issued time outs instead of permanent bans. That is the way that this subject has been moderated with the exception of a single confirmed liar. Rightwing issued a few perpetual bans himself. Edit: I see you are on the ban list for PGWB. Each moderator has a different tolerance for diverse opinions and the way in which they are expressed.
