And yes..........gel cap, but I'm not familiar withy D3. Mine is just plain old D.

If you have any aches or pains when you get up or during the day, try using D and Fish oil, it has really made a difference in our lives.

After I finish my 8-week course of 50,000 mg of D, I will take D3 in gelcap form. That is the way it comes from Life Extension. I plan to take 1000 mg twice a day.

D3 in gelcap, not tablets. I found a brand that was a tablet and it dissolved in my mouth almost instantly, so I'd guess that's as good as a gelcap as it would get into your blood stream quickly. Not sure if it was Lindy Bill, or E. Charters. Both have good input.
