Same one, and he's rightfully reviled for that. However, if he hadn't done that (a big if), he would've been one of the greatest presidents of the last 100 years... between the Civil Rights Act and cutting poverty in half, not a bad record at all.

Still, corrupt as hell and a warmonger.
