Yeah, besides having the PCM stuff work ok and be manufacturable, they also have to have the MEMs stuff working. Cantilevered Gangs of these devices are going to be moving all around the chip to read/write the data? What kind of durability do you think that will have? Obviously, I don't know exactly what they have in mind, but it seems that these MEMs devices would need to be capable of doing millions of read/writes a day. What about friction? Are the heads magnetically levitated, just how do these things work?

And they're doing all this development on $24M? I suppose it's possible, but how many of these sorts of industry altering things have you seen come to market against entrenched competition? Personally, I don't remember too many. We'll see.....

SPSN isn't sitting on its butt either. By the time this hits, if ever, SPSN will have been doing SONOS for awhile and maybe have what comes next working. Who knows?
