It's a make money and survive thread, LOL.

Buy I admit we have become obsessed with metals, LOL. Gold 250-900 in six years, zinc a 5 banger over four years, and so on.

Just a coincidence.

Seriously, I saw a great analysis once of commodity booms. In the early stages, the hards (base metals and the oil complex) lead the parade, but later on it's the softs (grains etc) which come into play.

Gold and silver tend do do well during the whole run up.

Looks like it's playing out according to plan.
