I don't equate "not paying for it" with "actively trying to keep people from receiving medical care."

To you. And you should be helping make damn sure that people like me who think that abortion is OK aren't winning elections...

When did you say again that you believe killing a child is murder and when it is not? Can you narrow it down to a week or two? And do we add that it depends who is doing the "terminating"?
