Sometimes, people might end up in misfortune because it is not their problem at all. People want to live and own their home. But sure enough buying 4 houses was a no brainer. I heard a guy who did the same in Las Vagas market had committed suicide. As for TJ's speculation on rock solid hk real estate, I feel doubtful about his statement... Remember: "Anything is possible". Why would Bush lock up the ARM rate for the homeowners ? Supposedly, the interest rate could go higher from here to curb inflation and save the dollar. Like all others would expect, we may see the Mother of all Deflations coming to hurt all homeowners and save all currencies altogether.
