It is much about timing of my trade. Deflation comes during recession. Every major hard assets could come down in price. I do not know when it would happen.. maybe next year.

sure enough gold may not come down as fast as other assets. But if people lose confidence of everything in rate hike, they would sell everything and stick with the officialdom to save the economy and the dollar. They could find different ways to fix the mess, rather than resetting the financial system in hyperinflation.
