so that's why the rate won't drop anymore ... and if so, that maybe in late feb. I believe the Mother of all Deflations is coming

Not so ElM, < System no longer responds to inputs. Stimulus package or rate drop> I stand ready as borrower of last resort to take, say, $1 billion to buy a bunch of houses in sunny California, lovely Hawaii, terrific Thailand, peachy Philippines, breathless Beijing [can't breathe there], bounteous Bangalore and fantasia du France.

I require a lower interest rate and a term fixed for a reasonable time. Property prices are too high.
