It's obvious you have a case against Mitt, you're way over reacting and you don't even see it...

First of all, the guy was a jerk for asking, "Are you going to put me in jail for using medical marijuana?"

What kind of question is that?

Let's get real about this, the very wording of that question is confrontational and provocative, it certainly doesn't invite a warm discussion... if the guy really wanted to engage Mitt into a meaningful discussion, he could have explained his medical problem that he needs medical pot to stay stable, and then he could have easily asked Mitt why he's so opposed to medical relief in these kinds of circumstances... there's a big difference between this guy's offensive question and simply stating his condition and then posing a question about its medical use... why didn't he? One could just as easily argue that the guy should have been arrested right on the spot for being disruptive...

Obviously, this guy knew he was going to be there and he obviously knew he was going to have an opportunity to speak with Mitt, but to introduce himself with such a confrontational question and then to repeat it over and over and over was really foolish...

I think Mitt immediately realized that this guy was was not all there and was attempting to be adversarial and inappropriately challenging, and so he excused himself quickly, that was a smart move on Mitt's part... but for you to start calling Mitt names only because you have your own personal agenda is not necessary...
