hmmm, i wonder who will be picking up the gift tax on that $100k, less the nontaxable exclusion of course. will it be sam or barry? was that a 2007 reportable gift transaction, or a prior year?

i seem to recall reading about some real estate company names in barrys 11/07 depo. hmm, i also saw several recent news items, for example:
