kingfisher, I believe the TSX Venture exchange is far & away the most inefficient stock market around, between US & Canada. I liken the market to being the equivalent of a big room where the investors are a bunch of 12 year old kids, each of whom has a severe case of ADD, and each company is represented by guys hanging around on the floor, who, every once & a while, one of them gets up on a stool and starts shouting out news. The kids flock to whoever is putting out news at the time but within days (sometimes hours) they move on to the next guy that gets up on his stool.

The bottom line from the above is that, IMO, you need to see some clear upcoming catalyst that will easily be recognized by the market, in order to justify buying an undervalued stock on the Venture. Otherwise a stock could remain undervalued for quite awhile, IMO.

Also, I am not yet bullish enough about North American natty prices to consider Canadian gas-weighted producers. I believe once we get by this next withdrawal report and folks re-focus on the likely reduced demand as a result of the US recession, we could see some softening of natty prices.
