LIAR. Ex-felons definitely deserve citizen's rights. They have paid their price. The only reason the GOP wants to deny anyone who's ever been arrested voting rights is to supress the black and Latino vote. It's pure racism and it's only carried out in southern states. This needs to be abolished on a federal level. It's totally un-Constitutional. Even Duke Cunningham and Tom delay deserve to be able to vote once they get out of prison. And yep, Delay is going.
