Yes. Over 5 years at UTMB, Galveston.

It isn't, or at least wasn't, a model of efficiency. Nor were any of the other hospitals in the area.

Are their problems worse than ours? By most measures I have seen, they beat out the US in many categories. Yet their costs are a lot lower.
