rhoshariasha, well noted, if I wasn't clear enough, sorry, but my emphasis is placed on LACC revenue growth. Would not KSI earning contribute to EPS for ACII as a whole? Are you saying that this would also not be be considered a part of operating income?

Are you sure you heard that correctly? I'm assuming all of the shares of ACII sold into the open market have been used to fund KSI, so if this is the case, why cannot KSI's revenue help fund ACII in reverse?
