Ernie...CDIC transferred from the Global (big boys) Nasdaq to the National Market in Oct of last year. I believe they meet the minimums here even tho price is below a buck but I am not 100% certain of that.

Nasdaq is in a real bind. A lot of their dough comes from annual listing fees. They have scads of companies below a buck due to this market since July. I wrote them today indicating what I think is the scope of the problem and gently pointed out they were going to regulate themselves out of business if they kept delisting companies that have been hit with this price collapse.
I suggested they do what they did at least once before...they declared a moratorium for X amount of time on delistings when so many of their companies fell below a buck. I further suggested they take a look at the number of their companies under a buck and start adding up the listing fees they were going to lose if they continued booting companies down to the OTC BB. Will advise if they answer.
