A lawyer just called and offered me a full 60 unit apt. building 40% below the price it last changed hands. (a short sale)

I've come to not trust Central Banker's "promises". They have their own agenda, and their promises reflect their stated case for supporting their agenda at a particular point in time. Sort of like politicians. Remember, "No new taxes" ... and "I did not have sex with that woman"!
