give credit to Bill CLinton for the economy of the 90's. He dared to raise taxes

Clinton gave us the best economy ever.

You yap enough about the Constitution, perhaps you should take the time to read it. Presidents do not "tax". Presidents do not "spend". Congress does, idiot. Presidents only propose budgets. Congress accepts, rejects or modifies them.

And during 6 of Clinton's 8 years in office, Congress was in the hands of the GOP, back when they somewhat cared about restraint, luckily for him.

In spite of your socialist, statist inclinations, the US does not (yet) suffer from a command economy. Presidents and politicians do not create jobs, what's left of our capitalist economy does.

You are a true 1st order economic illiterate..

So Gramm-Rudman-Hollings had nothing whatsoever to do with it? Nor the abandonment of Clinton's health care plan?
