LIAR. Clinton tried to kill Obama Bin Laden 150 times, had a special 24/7 Al Qaida desk in the White House (which Bush completele disbanded and did not replace) and stopped the AL Qaida LAX bombing in 1999 after getting the same type warning Bush got before 9-11. Clinton acted and stopped the bombing, Bush ifnored the warnings and closed down all anti Al Qaida operations within the executive branch. In other words, Bush was either completely derelict in his duties, or worse, he wanted us to get hit to use it as an excuse to invade Iraq and steal the oil for Exxon.
