Of course tax cuts increase deficits, especially when you don't cut defense spending and you give most of the tax cuts to the rich who don't need to spend it and have ways of evading taxes anyway. Thje GOP econmoics are a big fat lie. They are actually written up by corporate lobbyists and Wall Street fat cats to keep the rich rich and make them richer. And Bush's tax cuts don't do us any good because Bushies unleash their corporate crooks on the public wealth at the same time, and they steal ten times the tax savings.

Just look at the record. It proves Reagan was wrong.

BTW Bush also lied saying he was headed for surpluses by 2010. He's actually headed for 13 trillion in total debt, roughly doubling the national debt he started with. Unless we roll back his tax cuts for the rich and/or drastically cut spending including defense, and of course stop the madness in Iraq.
