DOn't be an idiot. When you put a huge corporate middleman between the people and their medical care you're going to loose a large share of the money to that middleman, especially when under Bushies these middlemen are totally unregulated and can be as greedy as they want. The restriction put in by Bushies FORBIDDING We The People from negotiating for lower drug prices says it all. That alone cost us a trillion dollars in lost health care value over the Bush years.
